Three systems. One board.
We ran a service company on three systems: one for jobs, a CRM for follow-ups and a dashboard tool on the side. Three logins, three invoices, and the same customer typed in three times.
We lacked overview. We could not see win rate and lead cost per source without collecting numbers by hand. And follow-up did not happen on its own. So we built it as one system, and run the whole business on it today.

Where is our data stored?
In the EU, in your own organisation, separated from everyone else's. Export at any time.
Can we move from our current job system?
Yes. Customers, quotes, jobs, hours and invoices are imported. We have done it ourselves with over 5,000 jobs.
Does it work with our accounting system?
Invoices are generated as documents today. Direct sync to accounting systems is on the roadmap. Tell us which one you use.
Does it work on the phone?
Yes, as a web app for technicians: My Day, hours, calendar, photos. App Store version later.
Which languages?
The interface is available in English and Danish. Documents can be issued in Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian and German with local VAT, currency and formats.
Is there a binding period?
No. Per user, per month.
